Once you get in contact with us either via Discord or the website, we will meet up in-game on a specific channel at the entrance of the boss and party up. Once you've joined the party, we will enter into the boss, then once the boss is killed you can loot everything that drops.

All of our runs are extremely fast so you have almost no chance of dying out. For higher tier bosses with more advanced mechanics, you will be instructed on what to do and we will provide coaching and guides to ensure that you will not die out. In case you die-out or disconnect we will always provide a re-run.

Try to enter the boss itself. All bosses have no re-entry cooldown so it's easy to check. You can also go to the 'boss party' tab to check if the boss is 'available', if the boss is unavailable or grayed out, you most likely don't have the pre-quest completed yet.

Yes, every one of our carries will be done with max droprate including drop coupons and wealth potions to ensure you receive the highest chance for your desired loot.

We can carry you through all the bosses in the game in the NA Heroic (formerly known as Reboot) Kronos and Hyperion servers.
